A third lawsuit has been filed against Ramón Ayala Jr., Ramón Ayala Sr., and several music production and publishing companies connected to Ramón Ayala y Sus Bravos del Norte, according to court documents filed this week.
On March 3, 2026, The Buzbee Law Firm, led by attorneys Tony Buzbee and Crystal Del Toro, filed the lawsuit in Hidalgo County, Texas State Court on behalf of a professional musician identified in the filing as John Doe #3. The plaintiff alleges he was subjected to repeated workplace sexual harassment and multiple sexual assaults while working with the touring operation.
The allegations in the third lawsuit again center on the conduct of Ramón Ayala Jr., who is accused of engaging in sexually inappropriate and abusive behavior toward band members and individuals working with the touring group.
According to the lawsuit, the alleged misconduct included repeated unwanted physical contact, sexually inappropriate behavior, degrading acts, and other abusive conduct directed at people working around the band. The filing claims the incidents occurred on numerous occasions and included aggressive and humiliating acts, unwanted physical contact of a sexual nature, and exposing himself to others in an effort to intimidate and demean individuals in the workplace.
Court documents state that the plaintiff was hired to work within the defendants’ touring operation around June 2025. When offered the opportunity to perform with the band, the musician accepted with pride and enthusiasm, believing he was joining a respected and professional musical institution.
Instead, the lawsuit alleges the musician experienced degrading and abusive treatment while working under the authority of Ayala Jr., who allegedly exercised control over band members and crew.
The filing further claims that some of the alleged incidents were captured on video. The lawsuit also alleges that the band and related record and publishing companies enabled and concealed the behavior to protect the group’s reputation and commercial interests.
According to the complaint, the alleged incidents often occurred while Ayala Jr. was under the influence of drugs and behaving in what the lawsuit describes as an erratic, aggressive, and threatening manner.
This marks the third lawsuit filed against the defendants in recent weeks.
In February, a separate lawsuit was filed on behalf of a plaintiff identified as John Doe, who worked as a photographer and videographer. That complaint alleged that Ayala Jr., who had hired the employee in September 2024, later became abusive.
“Ayala Jr. frequently engaged in sexually explicit conduct in the presence of crew members,” the lawsuit alleges. “He frequently walked about in a state of undress and performed sexually suggestive acts toward subordinates. On at least one occasion at a public restaurant, Defendant Ayala Jr. pulled down his pants and engaged in obscene conduct in view of crew members,” according to court documents.
Also in February, a second lawsuit filed on behalf of John Doe #2 — a singer and guitarist who toured with the group — accused Ayala Jr. of engaging in other sexually inappropriate acts. That complaint alleges the musician was frequently harassed by Ayala Jr. while he was intoxicated and “strung out on cocaine.”
The latest lawsuit has been filed in Hidalgo County State Court and seeks a trial by jury. As of now, the defendants have not publicly responded to the latest allegations in court filings.
