Tejano and Latin pop powerhouse Jennifer Peña continues to build excitement around her El Camino Tour, announcing new dates that include a stop in Fort Myers, Florida, and a rescheduled hometown performance in Corpus Christi, Texas. The tour marks Peña’s triumphant return to the stage after nearly two decades away from live performances, captivating fans across the country with her signature sound and heartfelt storytelling.
The award-winning singer officially launched her El Camino Tour last week in Houston, performing to a packed and emotional crowd for her first live show in the city in 18 years. Following the overwhelming response, Peña confirmed that her Corpus Christi concert—originally postponed due to unforeseen circumstances—has been rescheduled for Friday, March 20, 2026, at the Selena Auditorium. In addition, she’ll bring her electrifying show to The Ranch Concert Hall in Fort Myers, Florida, on March 7, 2026, marking her first Florida performance in years.
Texas fans will still have plenty of opportunities to experience the “Princess of Tejano” live, with shows lined up across the Lone Star State before Peña takes the tour west in 2026. Adding to the excitement, Peña recently unveiled the cover art and release date for her long-awaited comeback album, Superación, set for release on October 31. The singer shared a heartfelt message about her personal and artistic journey alongside the announcement:
“I’ve changed. I have evolved. I am over it. And I will continue to do so no matter how hard it gets,” Peña wrote. “Because I can—because I am strong. I do and I will do it for myself, for my children, for my fans. Can’t wait for you all to hear it! I hope you love it!”
Superación marks Peña’s first studio album since Dicen Que El Tiempo in 2007. After a 16-year hiatus focused on family, she reignited her musical career in 2023 with a series of acclaimed singles, including the emotional “Atada,” the fiery “Wakala,” and her powerful comeback anthem “Fuerte.”
Known around the world as the Princess of Tejano, Jennifer Peña’s influence has spanned generations—from her early success with Jennifer y Los Jetz to unforgettable classics like “El Dolor de Tu Presencia,” “Abrázame y Bésame,” and “Hasta el Fin del Mundo.” With over 10 million records sold and both GRAMMY and Latin GRAMMY nominations to her name, Peña remains one of the most iconic voices in Tejano and Latin music history.
