Award-winning singer Savannah V premiered her first single and music video of 2023, teaming once again with hitmaking producer Gabriel Zavala for “No Olvides Nuestro Amor,” a song featuring a classic Tejano sound celebrating self-love
The song’s theme was the idea of Savannah V on her life experience, including a woman in the male-dominated Tejano industry. “The reason why I wrote this song is because growing up you get criticism from everywhere from every direction and sometimes as a young woman in the Tejano industry, or any industry or any genre, you kind of get criticism, and sometimes you shy away from self-love, self-awareness, self-worth, knowing that you are human and it’s okay to make mistakes,” said Savannah.

The visual, directed by Ryan Bazan, features cameos from Grammy winners Ruben Ramos and Rick Fuentes, who were mentors for Savannah in the music industry. The message of the video is to always love yourself.
“You have to look at yourself in the mirror every single day and remind yourself, ‘I am her, I am that person. It’s going to be okay. You are courageous, you are strong, and you are this fearless woman that’s going to keep continuing (on).”
