Rick Fuentes and his wife Monica take a Tejano style “Sleigh Ride” with the release of their Christmas tune for the holiday season.
The husband and wife duo recorded the holiday song in their home studio to spread some Christmas cheer after the difficult year for us in 2020 due to the pandemic. The fun, upbeat “Sleigh Ride” is a great addition to your holiday playlist. It’s been added to the Tejano Nation Christmas Playlist on Spotify.
This past summer, the couple performed “Me Dan Ganas De Ti”, a song originally recorded by late Tejano music legend Laura Canales, for a segment of the Tejano America web series that turned into a single receiving airplay for the duo after the video of the in-home performance received many views via social media.
In the new year, Rick Fuentes will be producing an album for his wife’s band, Monica Y Grupo Mezcal, as well as the next album for his band, The Brown Express, and many other projects.
