Tejano icon Shelly Lares gets candid about music, love and more in an exclusive interview with the Cruz Control with AC Cruz Behind The Mic podcast.

The Tejano Hall of Fame singer and musician has been a part of the Tejano music scene for over 36 years and released her new album “Obra De Amor” in March.

“What I wanted to touch on this CD was the different forms of love, whether you lost someone, whether you’re happy,” she said. ” Different things you think you’ve gone through with the word love.”

“Little Miss Dynamite” also discussed her career of over 36 years, her friendship with Selena, her current relationship and much more.
