Tony Guerrero of La Sombra required more surgeries over the past two weeks to help fight infection the singer developed after a routine hernia operation in February.
The Tejano R.O.O.T.s Hall of Fame singer updated fans via social media with his latest health status, “I’m still in the hospital, two weeks already, and it’s been the longest two weeks of misery in my life,” he posted. “I’ve had four surgeries in those two weeks and another one coming this coming Tuesday.”
Guerrero was hospitalized in March after receiving surgery for hernia complications and intestinal problems. He has suffered from intestinal problems since 2007, according to a recent interview.

The singer took himself to the emergency room on June 14 after the abdominal pain became unbearable. He is still suffering from a lot of pain and the infection is slowly being taken care of as he recovers from complications.
