Singer Nikki Lopez and Grammy Award winning musician and producer Mario Vigil announced their engagement on Tuesday in a unique way, via music video.

Lopez, a former Los Texas Wranglers vocalist, announced the couples engagement on her official Facebook page on Tuesday.

“We are proud to announce our engagement with our first music video together,” Lopez posted. “We both share a passion for music and together we will build a life filled with music and love.”

The touching video, produced by Lupe Moya of LM Media Solutions, shows the couple performing a duet of “I Do (Cherish You)”, the 1998 hit from boy band 98 Degrees.

“A special thanks to Lupe Moya for your amazing work, support and friendship,” Lopez posted. “To all the tejano industry supporters, family and friends we are thankful and plan to do our best to keep you entertained! This is the first of many to come! ”

“I am blessed to have found someone who loves me flaws and all,” Lopez says about Vigil. “We have overcome a lot together. God has blessed me with the most loving man I could have asked for.”

The wedding is scheduled for November 2017.

Congratulations to the happy couple!
