Three-time GRAMMY award winner Sunny Sauceda showcases his signature accordion style fused with an infectious swing beat in his latest release, “Womanizer.” The song, penned by fellow Texas Country artist, Abe Mac, marks Sauceda’s official entry into the Texas Country market.
Sauceda’s soulful vocal performance in “Womanizer” resonates with listeners, demonstrating his versatility and appeal. Collaborating closely with Abe Mac, Sauceda has managed to create a unique sound that blends traditional country elements with his own unique style.
Sauceda shared details of his new single with Tejano Nation. “It’s really a flip of the script. Ths guy meets this girl and she’s the one that breaks his heart. She makes him look like a fool, so he’s talking about her,” he said. “It’s a kind of a Rockabilly, Mexabilly, Texas outlaw type of song. Its a really energetic song and a new sound for me. A lot of people have been surprised to hear that sound come out of my voice, so it’s pretty cool.”
With an EP slated for release later this summer with Azteca Ranch Music, Sauceda eagerly anticipates exploring a market that has long awaited his arrival. His fans, both old and new, are excited to see what this new chapter in his career will bring.
“We’re going to put out a few more singles and put out a whole EP, God willing,” said Sauceda. “We’re touring and everybody is talking about four or five Texas Country shows and we’re just getting started. It’s all good things moving in a positive direction.”
In a testament to his talent and the anticipation surrounding his new direction, Sunny will perform “Womanizer” live at the prestigious Texas Regional Radio & Music Awards on March 25th in Arlington, Texas. This performance is expected to be a highlight of the event, further cementing Sauceda’s place in the Texas Country music scene.
Stay tuned for more updates as Sunny Sauceda continues to make waves in the Texas Country market with his unique sound and captivating performances. His journey is just beginning, and it’s one that country music fans won’t want to miss. “Womanizer” is available on all digital music platforms.
