KATY, Texas — A legendary night of Tejano music is set to unfold this summer as the Freddie Records Artist Showcase pays tribute to one of the most influential figures in the history of the genre, Tejano Music Hall of Famer and six-time Grammy and Latin Grammy Award winner Freddie Martinez Sr.

The special celebration takes place Friday, August 14, 2026, at Texas Rodeo Saloon in Katy, Texas, bringing together an all-star lineup of Freddie Records recording artists for an unforgettable evening honoring the man whose label helped define generations of Tejano music.
