Destiny Navaira is back with another exciting single and music video, “Salucita,” as she continues to roll out music from her highly anticipated third full-length studio album. The Latin Grammy-nominated artist and two-time Tejano Music Awards Female Vocalist of the Year is bringing a fresh energy to her signature style with this new cumbia.
“The first part of this album is all about love,” said Destiny. “‘Salucita’ is a song my brother (Rigo Navaira) and I wrote, and we wanted to give it a fun, modern cumbia feel. I’m so excited for this song and really feel it shows my versatility not only as a writer but as an artist. I’m excited to spread my wings, mixing my favorite genres with Tejano.”

Following in the footsteps of her late uncle, the iconic Emilio Navaira, and her father, Raulito Navaira, Destiny has made her own mark in Tejano music. With a powerful voice and a passion for blending traditional and contemporary sounds, she continues to redefine the genre for a new era.
