
San Antonio, Texas — Friday, March 15, marked the second day of the Tejano Music Awards Fan Fair 2024 at its new venue, Hemisfair, in downtown San Antonio. The event was a vibrant showcase of Tejano culture and music, captured through the lens of award-winning Tejano Nation photojournalist Mariaelena Villarreal.
The day was filled with electrifying performances from some of the biggest names in Tejano music. Siggno, featuring Jennifer Pena, delivered a captivating performance that left the audience in awe. Monica Saldivar, with special guest Shelly Lares, performed their Tejano Music Awards winning Collaboration of the Year, “No Me Olvides,” much to the delight of the fans.
The excitement didn’t stop there. More performances from Day 2 included Sunny Sauceda, Lucky Joe, Angelica Y Moneda, Di Marie, Ray Ray, Madison Pulido, The Ybarra Boyz, Gabriella Salazar, and more. Each artist brought their unique style and energy to the stage, contributing to the dynamic atmosphere of the event.
The Tejano Music Awards Fan Fair 2024 is more than just a music festival; it’s a celebration of Tejano culture and a testament to the enduring appeal of Tejano music. With two more days of free family-friendly entertainment on four stages in downtown San Antonio, the weekend promises to be an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
