
M Group Music announced the signing of Roberto Pulido Y Los Clasicos, one of the most influential and respected Tejano bands in history. The band, led by Roberto Pulido, has been making music for 50 years and has won numerous awards and accolades, including a Grammy nomination and a Tejano Music Hall of Fame induction.
M Group Music CEO Jorge Marroquin expressed his enthusiasm for the new partnership. “We are excited to add another Tejano pioneer to the M Group roster. We’ve been in talks with Mr. Pulido for the last couple of years,” he said. “This is a project we are extremely excited about. We have some great surprises for all of the Roberto Pulido Y Los Clasicos fans.”
The band is currently working on their final album, which will be produced by Roberto’s son, Bobby Pulido, who is also a successful Tejano singer and Latin Grammy winner.
“It’s the greatest honor of my life to be able to work with him on that and to give back my dad after he gave me so much,” Bobby shared in a recent interview.
Roberto Pulido Y Los Clasicos is a legendary band that has been playing Tejano music since 1971. They have won numerous awards and accolades, including a Grammy nomination, multiple Tejano Music Awards, along with a Lifetime Achievement Award. They are known for their hits such as “El Primo”, “Copa Tras Copa”, and “Te Vi Partir”.
