Ingredients for 13×9 baking dish

  • 2 8 oz crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

Cheesecake mixture

  • 16 oz Philadelphia cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sour cream at room temperature
  • 1 cup 100% pure pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp AP flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 serving of love

Tip: Bake at 350 for 45 min – 1 hr depending on your oven! Allow to come to room temperature, refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hrs
