Angel Lopez unites with ROKE MD for powerful holiday ballad ‘Otra Navidad Sin Ti’

Hollywood, CA — A powerful ballad of love and heartbreak recorded by former Son By Four vocalist Angel Lopez along with former Kumbia All Starz member and composer ROKE MD is the latest original tune that needs to be added to your holiday playlist.

“Otra Navidad Sin Ti” was written by entrepreneur and songwriter Velia González with ROKE MD composing the music. The song is a story of a relationship that ends via text message but always wishing for the best in life at Christmas.

“That bothered me and I wanted to write about it,” said González.

A conversation between González and Roke MD at a songwriters camp during Latin Grammys week in Las Vegas a few years ago led to the birth of the song.

“We hope that the song performed masterfully by these two greats will please all audiences because it involves a great lesson: despite the pain, the sufferings, the negative things that happen to us, life continues and we have to move on. And that’s the message of Christmas…hope, faith, and love,” added González.
