
Cezar Martinez, the lead vocalist for legendary band David Lee Garza Y Los Musicales, was re-elected to the Robstown City Council on Tuesday (Dec. 17) in a run-off election.
“Thank you to everyone for re-electing me as your councilman and allowing me to serve this great city of ours,” Martinez announced his re-election via social media. “I will continue to be transparent and keep everyone informed and do what’s best for our community.”
The 27-year-old singer will resume his role for City Council Place 5. He was elected to his first term in November 2017 with 55.72% of the vote.

Martinez has been the lead vocalist for Los Musicales since Thanksgiving of 2014. He is the featured vocalist on the band’s past three albums, “2715,” released in March 2015, “Una Noche a Tu Lado,” released in June 2016, and “Asi Es La Vida,” released September 2018.
