La Calma released the official music video for “Entonces Que Somos” on Tuesday. It’s a cover of the 2013 hit song from Banda El Recodo.

“Usually we put out original songs, but this is an actual cover song,” La Calma frontman Leo Correa told Tejano Nation. “We’re excited because it’s not banda, but this is all La Calma.”

Correa said La Calma fans will love their version of the song, “This is a song that they’re definitely going to want to listen to. It’s a great song, it’s a ranchera and it has a great powerful meaning…and I know it’s going to be a big hit.”

The visual for “Entonces Que Somos” was filmed by Ryan Bazan and features a love triangle.

This is the second single released from La Calma since joining new record label VMB Music Group. It’s the follow-up to the hugely successful “Perdóname” released in November 2017.

La Calma plans to release a new album in early 2019.
