Lucky Joe extends contract with Freddie Records, buys RV for touring

After the success of his latest album El Triunfador, Freddie Records has extended the recording contract of Lucky Joe and the award-winning musician bought an RV for the road to celebrate.

Lucky Joe posted his excitement on his official Facebook page about his new deal.

“First of all I’d like to start this post off by saying thank you Father God! These past couple of days have been so emotional for me and even as I post this I can’t hold back the tears.. My heart is filled with Joy! Second of all, I’m proud to announce that Freddie Martinez Freddie Records has decided to extend my recording contract and are working their very best to bring all the Lucky Joe fans many more great albums! Thank you to the Martinez family for believing in me. “

The 38-year-old singer, songwriter and musician celebrated with an RV to help travel to his gigs after spending 21 years traveling by passenger van throughout the state of Texas.

“I want to scream it to the world that we Finally got an RV! I can now put those years behind me and begin a new chapter in my life. No more changing in Porta potty’s, or staying in crazy hotels! This wouldn’t of been possible without the help of my company Freddie Records, La familia Garza, Yvette Galvan my dad, Juan De La Cruz and of course my fiancé Monica Garciathank you mi amor for always believing in me and my music this wouldn’t of been possible without you! Te amo con todo lo que soy! And to all the fans that said a little prayer for me last night MUCHAS GRACIAS!”

Lucky Joe recently released the title track, “El Triunfador,” from his third album with Freddie Records. His other two albums, Muchacha Bonita and Suerte, were also very successful for Freddie Records.
