R Communications radio stations, Super Tejano 102.1 and La Ley 102.5, held a prayer vigil for Siggno band member Jacob Turner on Wednesday in McAllen, Texas.

The 21-year-old musician, son of Siggno lead vocalist Jesse Turner, was critically injured in a one vehicle accident early Monday morning in Harlingen, Texas.  Jacob’s status was later updated to stable and was resting in a South Texas hospital.

Super Tejano 102.1 posted video of the event on their official Facebook page on Wednesday.

Fans were able to send messages to Jacob by signing a banner with a message, “Recupérate pronto, te queremos. Get well soon, we love you.”  The banner will be sent to the Turner family.

“We won’t stop praying for Jesse Turner ‘s dear son Jacob Turner,” Super Tejano 102.1 radio personality Bonnie Hernandez posted on Facebook. “This was the Vigil my Boss Man Super Mario E Facundo put together with all our Radio and TV Stations from R Communications and we all got together to pray for Jacob’s Miracle. There is POWER in prayer and I’m so blessed to work for a company that BELIEVES in God Almighty.”

Tejano Nation sends our prayers to Jacob for a speedy recovery and will keep you updated on his recovery as details become available.
