The deadline is approaching for artists and members of the media seeking access to the 46th Annual Tejano Music Awards. The Texas Talent Musicians Association (TTMA) has announced that both red carpet registration and media applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. CT today, Friday, November 6.
The November 13 ceremony will bring together some of the biggest names in Tejano music for an evening celebrating the artists, musicians and industry professionals who continue to shape the genre.
Artists planning to attend must complete the official red carpet registration, while journalists, photographers, broadcasters and other working media members must submit a separate media application for consideration.
Red carpet registration for artists and band members
Red carpet registration is intended for artists and band members participating in the official red carpet experience. Due to limited space and transportation capacity, participation is restricted primarily to band members. Managers, family members, friends and media representatives require prior written approval.
Registrants must provide their artist or band information and identify participating musicians. Registered participants must arrive at Texas Rodeo Saloon by 3:30 p.m. on November 13 for security procedures and limousine arrangements.
Red carpet registration does not include admission to the awards show. Participants must have a separate event ticket to enter the venue.
Review the eligibility requirements and complete the form at the 2026 TMA Red Carpet Registration Page.
Media applications for working media
The media application is intended for professional working media representing established radio stations, television outlets, newspapers, digital publications, photography organizations and other media platforms.
Applicants must provide their professional affiliation and supporting information for consideration. Approval is not guaranteed, and each media organization is generally limited to two credentials unless additional access is authorized by the TTMA Board of Directors.
Approved media representatives must follow event access and coverage guidelines, including wearing credentials, remaining in designated media areas and respecting restrictions around the stage.
Working media can review the complete eligibility requirements and submit an application through the 2026 Tejano Music Awards Media Application.
