Sunny Ozuna and his music was my mentor in 1963 when I was 11 years old. It inspired me to learn to play guitar and I studied his music for 4 years. I formed a trio in Jr.High school and won a talent show with his song “Talk to Me” in 1967 and joined other bands in High School and long after that. I wouldn’t be the musician I am today it if wasn’t for him and other’s like Little Joe, EL Guti, Joe Bravo and the one and only ~ James Brown. Thank you, Sunny and I’m sorry for turning down your offer at the Hi-Ho Ballroom to be in your Band in 1969 when I was a senior in High School. My family wouldn’t let me drop out to do it ~ ROCK ON! …from Paul_gizz_Martinez, from Dallas, Texas
