The romantic track, written by Lucky Joe Eguia and longtime collaborator Eduardo “Yayo” Anguiano, has already gone viral on social media, with thousands of fans in both the U.S. and Mexico featuring the song in their TikTok and Instagram Reels, after releasing the official music video.
Built around an irresistible cumbia norteña beat, “A Tu Lado Soy Feliz” blends the familiar with the fresh — a signature of Lucky Joe’s distinctive sound. The uplifting love song showcases the Weslaco, Texas-based singer’s heartfelt vocals and emotional songwriting, themes that have become a hallmark of his career since launching as a solo artist in 2012.
