
Miami, FL. – The countdown for Premios Juventud has begun, and this year the hottest party of the summer will feature multi-platform coverage on the days leading up to the event, giving fans exclusive access to behind-the-scenes activities. Under the theme “Átrevete a Más,” the award show will honor not only the biggest stars but also up-and-coming artists in the Latin music scene. Hosted by social media sensation Lele Pons, El Gordo y La Flaca co-host Clarissa Molina, and reggaeton legend Wisin, the event will take place at the iconic Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot.
WHEN AND WHERE TO WATCH THE AWARDS
Premios Juventud will air live on Univision and stream on ViX on Thursday, July 25. The evening kicks off at 7 p.m. ET /6 p.m. CT with the red carpet Noche de Estrellas, setting the stage for the main celebration at 8 p.m. ET /7p.m. CT. This prelude will include exclusive interviews and showcase the latest fashion trends, led by Arap Bethke, Domelipa, Jessica Rodríguez, Maripily Rivera, Roberto Hernández, and fashion expert Jomari Goyso.
Fans will also enjoy a musical performance by Fariana during the pre-show, featuring their viral hit “El Caballito” alongside Raul Acosta from the Dominican band Oro Sólido.
The highly anticipated awards ceremony will also be broadcast in Canada (TLN – Univision Canada), Mexico (Las Estrellas), Puerto Rico (Tele11), Venezuela (Venevisión), Costa Rica (Repretel), Nicaragua (Retensa), Guatemala (Telesiete), Honduras (Televicentro), El Salvador (TCS), Dominican Republic (Telemicro), and Panama (Medcom).

The Premios Juventud stage will feature, worldwide debuts, exciting musical collaborations, and explosive performances by the following stars: Anitta, Camila, Chris Jedi, Corina Smith, Darell, DJ Adoni, Ela Taubert, Emilia, Farruko, Gaby Music, Ivy Queen, Izaak, Joss Favela, La India, Lenny Tavárez, Los Ángeles Azules, Los Esquivel, Los Tigres del Norte, Luar La L, Luis Figueroa, Lunay, Mau y Ricky, Natti Natasha, Omar Courtz, Oscar D’León, Prince Royce, Reik, Sergio George, Tito Puente Jr., Tony Succar, Wisin, Yovngchimi.
Presenters for the 21st edition of Premios Juventud include Adamari López, Elena Rose, Fariana, Felipe Sebastián Muñoz J Noa, Jackie Guerrido, Jenny Blanco, Jorge Bernal, Jory Boy, Justin Quiles, Kylie Cantrall, Lasso, Leon Leiden, Lirios, Maripily Rivera, Marc Crosas, Moisés Salcé, Molusco, Picus, Tony Dandrades, and Venesti.
SPECIAL TRIBUTE
As tradition dictates, Premios Juventud not only embraces emerging voices but also pays homage to trailblazers who have paved the way for future generations, such as “Las Estrellas de Fania,” marking their 60th anniversary this year. This milestone will be commemorated with a tribute that resonates across all generations. In 2024, we celebrate the 60th anniversary of Fania Records, the legendary New York label that stands as one of the most influential Latino cultural and musical institutions worldwide. Anitta, Ivy Queen, La India, Luis Figueroa, Oscar D’León, Tito Puente Jr., Tony Succar, under the musical direction of Sergio George, will headline this grand celebration, performing iconic hits like “Quimbara” and “Mi Gente.”
SPECIAL AWARDS
As always, Premios Juventud honors artists who make a positive impact through their humanitarian efforts with the “Agent of Change” award. This year, Brazilian singer and songwriter Anitta will be recognized for her dedication to social justice, cultural diversity, and inclusion rights. Social media personality Lele Pons will also receive an award for her ongoing advocacy for mental health, offering hope to those facing personal struggles. Additionally, the iconic Mexican group Los Tigres del Norte will be honored for their significant contributions in defending immigrants’ rights and advocating for immigration policies.
NOMINEES
Topping the list of nominees for Premios Juventud are musical stars Carín León, Maluma, and Peso Pluma leading with seven nominations each. Followed by Colombian powerhouses Karol G and Shakira with six nominations each, while Becky G and Grupo Frontera hold five nods apiece. Plus, Bad Bunny, Bizarrap, Farruko, Feid, Fuerza Regida, Manuel Turizo, and Ozuna who are all vying for four awards each.
