Tejano music legend Gary Hobbs has released the official music video for his hit single, “Llegaste A Mi Corazón”. This song is the fourth release from his Latin Grammy-nominated album, Sin Fin, under the banner of Freddie Records.
The touching lyrics of “Llegaste A Mi Corazón” are the creation of the iconic Tejano music figure and multiple Grammy and Latin Grammy winner, Freddie Martinez. His lyrical prowess lends the song an emotional depth, exploring themes of love and desire.
The production of the track was in the capable hands of the talented keyboardist, Hector Gutierrez. The song was recorded at the famed Legends Sound Studios in Corpus Christi, Texas, encapsulating the lively spirit of Tejano music. Eli Molina, a skilled engineer, ensured that every note hit the right chord. The final mix and master were deftly handled by Mariano Herrera, adding a refined touch to the composition.
“Llegaste A Mi Corazón” is characterized by a catchy melody that will have listeners singing along from the get-go. The song features delightful accordion fills, adding a traditional Tejano touch. Gutierrez’s layered keyboard arrangements lend a rich texture to the sound. The vocal performance of Gary Hobbs is a highlight, as he brings sincerity and passion to the lyrics. His emotive delivery encapsulates the essence of the song’s message.
The music video for “Llegaste A Mi Corazón,” filmed by Johnny Davila, is a celebration of love, rhythm, and the enduring charm of Tejano music. Gary Hobbs continues to enchant audiences, and this single is a testament to his artistic prowess for this vibrant cumbia.
