Destiny Naviara premieres ‘Júrame’ official music video

Destiny Navaira, the Latin Grammy-nominated singer and daughter of Tejano icon Raulito Navaira, has released an official music video for her version of the iconic song “Júrame”.

The video premiered on July 29, 2023, on her YouTube channel, where she also hosts a reality series called “Destiny Sin Fronteras” that documents her life and career in Texas and Monterrey, Mexico.

“Júrame” is a romantic ballad that showcases Destiny’s powerful vocals and emotional delivery. The visual features Destiny recording the song in the Victoria Records recording studio in Monterrey, Mexico, a city Destiny has called home for the past three years.

The San Antonio native has been making waves in the Tejano music scene since she won Best New Female Artist and Best New Group with Grupo Remedio at the Tejano Music Awards in 2016. She received a Latin Grammy nomination for her solo sophomore album, “Dime Como Se Siente” in 2022, and won another Tejano Music Award, Female Artist of the Year in 2021.

“Júrame” is the latest single from Destiny’s new EP titled “Las Letras de Mi Padre”, which pays tribute to songs written by her father and performed by her late uncle Emilio Navaira.
