
Michael Salgado will pay tribute to one of his biggest influences with his new mariachi track, “Cruz De Olvido,” scheduled for release on Friday, March 31, 2023, on all digital platforms.
The two-time Latin Grammy winner shared details on the upcoming track from his highly-anticipated mariachi album with songs dedicated to late music legend Vicente Fernandez, who passed away in 2021.
“This song is very special to me,” Salgado tells Tejano Nation. “I recorded it around the time of the passing of the great Vicente Fernandez during the time I wanted to pay homage and honor one of my idols. His music influenced mine in many ways. I hope the fans enjoy it. It’s a beautiful song with very beautiful storytelling make sure to check it out. I look forward to the fans hearing all of my mariachi releases on my new album.”
The mariachi album from Michael Salgado is scheduled for release on April 28, 2023.
Salgado is currently on his En Vivo Tour 2023 and released the scheduled dates for spring and summer.
