The love song was written by keyboardist and accordionist Danny Rodriquez.

“Danny Rodriquez approached me with the song,” David Rodriquez tells Tejano Nation. “I literally told Danny that he had the perfect song for me. With just one listen of the song I knew I had to record it. So we made it happen.”

“Amor A Primera Vista” is about finding true love the very first time you lay your eyes on someone just knowing that when you gaze into their eyes your whole world is sitting right in front of you. Love at first sight.
