Subject include:

  • What is “Tejano”? Is it culture, music, or both?
  • What are the differences between Tejano at its peak in the 90s and today?
  • Is Tejano dying? Is it being passed to the next generations?
  • What is the accessibility to Tejano music? TV? Radio? Shows/concerts? Social media?

Tejano Next premieres Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 12:00 pm. The invited guests for the debut show include Tejano “edutainer” Patsy Torres, Ph.D., and rising Tejano star and Tejano Next host, Gabriella Martinez.
