After the current COVID-19 pandemic limited attendance to the annual Cowboy Breakfast traditionally held on the northside of San Antonio, Lopez Entertainment decided to create an event on the southside for those who would like to enjoy a free breakfast with live entertainment.

Lopez Entertainment CEO/President Rudy Lopez came up with the idea of the event, telling Tejano Nation, “Why not do something on the south side? I called it Vaquero Breakfast to make it real authentic southside. Anything you would find in a real southside breakfast, the traditional breakfast tacos, pan de dulce, coffee of course, and I think we’ll even have some tamales and menudo out there.”

The event takes place in the parking lot of Far West Event Center, 2502 Pleasanton Road, from 6 – 10 a.m. The event will also include a pop-up market featuring many vendors selling products, attendees can do a little shopping. Interested vendors can call Roxanne Quintero at 210.902.7011 or register here.
