Little Joe is a music legend with a career that spans more than 50 years and the iconic singer will celebrate his 80th birthday later this month in a special way due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
The five-time GRAMMY winner made the birthday event announcement during the Season 1 finale of Tejano America, a Tejano music and cultural web series. “I’m pleased to share with you a special invitation on a momentous occasion of mine, my upcoming 80th birthday,” said Little Joe, who recovered from COVID-19 after testing positive this summer. “While we can’t celebrate in person due to coronavirus, I’m throwing a virtual epic celebration and this is your personal invitation to join the party.”

“It’s going to be a very special evening with a lot of my comaradas participating,” added Little Joe. “You also will be the very first to see some of my performances for an upcoming DVD release and we close with an all-star tribute performance.”
