Shelly Lares has done it again! The Tejano music icon is set to release her highly-anticipated new album Obra De Amor in March.

Tejano Nation contributor Mingo Mariano was onsite for her first official listening party and we want to give you an inside look at her new album, which is definitely a labor of love.
