Singer Ernestine Romero wed her longtime boyfriend Jessie Saucedo in Mexico on Friday (July 7). The couple have been together for 10 years and said their nuptials in front of family and friends on a beautiful beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
Romero told Tejano Nation in a recent interview about her new husband, “I’ve been very blessed to have someone who really supports the music and let’s me do what I love to do and that’s being on stage and travelling all over the place and performing.”
Romero, who turns 30 on July 10, and Saucedo, 32, were engaged in July 2016, also in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
The award winning singer from Santa Fe, New Mexico, has released nine albums, including her latest Gracias Senor, titled after the included duet with two-time Grammy Award winner Ruben Ramos, “El Gato Negro.”
Romero was nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year at the 2016 Tejano Music Awards.
