Chris Perez decided to watch the Selena movie for the first time in full on Monday night and interacted with fans in real-time during the film’s airing on Lifetime.
Perez, Selena’s widower, shared behind the scenes info during certain scenes of the 1997 biopic on the Queen of Tex-Mex, including the infamous “bumper scene” when a bumper of a car trying to pull the band’s bus out of ditch came off the back the car.
Perez said about the pizza scene in the film that more could have added into the scene, especially about the love for each other.
The guitarist also posted about the scenes on his personality and the hotel room trashed in Los Angeles.
He shared on Facebook that he couldn’t watch the final scenes, which capture Selena’s death.
