AB Quintanilla Y Elektro Kumbia debut ‘Piña Colada Shot’ video

AB Quintanilla returns stronger than ever to the music scene with the premiere of “Piña Colada Shot,” his new music video with Elektro Kumbia.

The debut album by AB Quintanilla III Y Elektro Kumbia, Kumbia Shots, scheduled for release in the coming months, is a tribute to the most popular Latin American songs of recent years such as “Pasito Tun Tun,” “El Africano,” “Sopa de Caracol,” “Mil Horas” among others.

AB Quintanilla, Grammy and Latin Grammy winner, producer, songwriter, singer and multi-instrumentalist is the group’s bassist. Other members of the group include Saul Cisneros (drums), Nicholas Banda (keyboards), Ramon Vargas (vocalist), Lissenne Juarez (congas and voice), Ruben Rea (guitar), Noe Nieto (accordion and vocalist) , Alfonso and Zuriel Ramirez (vocalists).

As a producer and composer, AB Quintanilla has sold more than 80 million albums worldwide including projects for Selena, Ricky Martin, Juan Gabriel, Dulce Maria, Veronica Castro, Thalia, Christian Castro, Olga Tañon, Kumbia Kings, among others. His songs have been recorded in Spanish, English, Portuguese, Korean and Chinese.

During his successful career, AB Quintanilla has received countless awards and recognitions including Grammys, Latin Grammys, Premio Lo Nuestro, Billboard Awards, Premios Oye, Premios Furia Musical, BMI Awards (including Composer of the Year for two consecutive years) and BMI Million-Air Award for Super Success, “Amor Prohibido.”
