CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The hosts for this year’s Fiesta de la Flor Festival were announced on Thursday. For the second year in a row, KIII-TV news anchor Rudy Treviño and Telemundo’s “¡Que Noche!” host Angélica Vale will be the emcees.

Teresa Rodriguez-Bartlett with the Corpus Christi Convention and Visitors Bureau said the decision was an easy one.
“The reason why these two artists are with us is because of their great knowledge of Tejano music, the love for the Hispanic heritage and the great chemistry between these two excellent emcees,” Rodriguez-Bartlett told KIII-TV.
Treviño is also the executive producer of the nationally syndicated radio show “Tejano Gold Countdown”. Mexican actress, singer and comedian Vale joined Telemundo as a co-host for “¡Que Noche!” in November.
The duo will return as hosts for second annual festival honoring the legacy of Selena, held May 6-7 in Corpus Christi.
