Jesse Turner of Siggno announced in early January that a joint tour with Elida Y Avante was in the works, and now the first dates of the Juntos Tour 2016 have been announced.

“Company is offering us this 6 month tour together, but we would have to ‘combine’ our shows into one,” Turner posted on his official Facebook page on January 6. “This would be the only time we do this tour and we can never do it again.”

The tour would combine the performances of both bands into three hours of nonstop music alternating on stage to give fans a unique entertainment experience.

“We’ve done shows together… In those shows she did her set, and then we did ours and the night was over,” Turner added. “At the end of the day it’s about making music and bringing something new to your city.”

Elida Reyna posted her excitement about the tour on her official Facebook page on Tuesday (January 12).

“Rehearsals can’t get here soon enough!! Nonstop music for 3 hours!! Wardrobe changes!! And many more surprises in store!! This tour will be one for the books!!! A show you do not want to miss!! Coming to a city near you!!”

The first dates confirmed for the Juntos Tour 2016 include Saturday, February 6, in Hereford, Texas at Acapulco Tropical, Friday, February 12, at OK Corral in Dallas, Texas, and Saturday, February 13, at Casa Blanca Ballroom in Laredo, Texas.

Tejano Nation will post more dates for the Juntos Tour 2016 as they become available.
