Tejano Hall of Famer Shelly Lares and award-winning Tejano superstar Marcos Orozco will perform at Far West Event Center in San Antonio on Friday, July 17, 2015.
“Lil Miss Dynamite” is one of the few veteran female performers in Tejano music with over 30 years in the industry and is known for her talent, charismatic stage presence and strong voice. Lares just released her new single “Trato Y Trato” last week and will host Shelly’s All-American Showcase at the 2015 Tejano Music National Convention in Las Vegas on July 31 and August 1. She is also the celebrity host for the yearly Tejano Idol competition, searching for the next big Tejano star.

After singing and composing for David Lee Garza y Los Musicales, Marcos Orozco decided to begin a successful solo career with his band, Grupo Rebelde. The talented crooner will bring a special brand of romantic cumbias, rancheras and more for his fans in San Antonio.
Far West Event Center is located at 2502 Pleasanton Road in San Antonio. Cost is $9.00 before 9:00 p.m.
