The most amazing thing about what happened last night in the Pre-Op Torrid Surgical Prep Narco Novela ‪#‎ElSenorDeLosCielos3‬ on ‪#Telemundo‬ is NOT that Aurelio and Monica fooled around like CRAZY just before El Señor was wheeled into surgery, a remarkable scene I’ll tell you all about later .

Nope.

And it was not that El Señor de Los All Other El Señors El Don Feyo was able to be present in the Surgical Suite, dressed up like a doctor, consulting. His “consult” was basically telling the real doctor to kill El Señor on the table, which would of course violate the Hippocratic Oath but not the Narcocratic Oath, and really drive up the malpractice costs (the jury is out on whether such a procedure is allowed under Obamacare).

Nope.

The most amazing thing in last night’s amazing episode of ‪#‎ESDLC3‬ is that El Señor is so handsome, he still looks incredible in surgery, even in a hairnet.
