AUSTIN – Ruben Ramos and the Mexican Revolution released the new video for their latest single “Mirala” on Thursday.

The Lupe Moya directed visual was produced by Rick Fuentes and features 2011 Tejano Idol winner Ashley Borrero showing off her best dance moves.  The video was partly filmed at Toro Negro Lounge in Austin, Texas.

“Mirala” is the second single from the new album, El Idolo De Tejas.

The dance-able, upbeat cumbia is produced by Fuentes, who also produced the new album for “El Gato Negro” that was released in March.

With a career spanning over five decades, two Grammy awards, and countless albums and collaborations, the charismatic, silver-haired Ramos is known for his soulful voice and suave persona.

The song and album are available for download from the TejanoNation Amazon store.
