For more than three decades, Intocable has built its legacy around songs that connect deeply with listeners through powerful storytelling, emotion and real-life experiences. Now, the GRAMMY-winning Música Mexicana group is opening a new musical chapter with “Cuando Se Haga De Noche,” a deeply personal new single about love, loss, grief and the memories that remain long after someone is gone.

Available now on all major digital streaming platforms, “Cuando Se Haga De Noche” serves as the first single from Intocable’s forthcoming album, giving fans an emotional introduction to the group’s next era.

Written by Pablo Preciado Rojas and Adrian Navarro, the song carries a particularly personal meaning for Intocable lead singer Ricardo Muñoz, who draws from his experience following the loss of both of his parents.

Rather than portraying grief as something that must eventually be left behind, “Cuando Se Haga De Noche” explores the idea that remembering someone can be another way of continuing to love them.

The song captures the complicated emotions that come with loss — wanting to move forward while still looking back, finding comfort in memories that can sometimes hurt, and realizing that healing does not require forgetting.

That balance between heartbreak and gratitude is at the center of the song, as Intocable transforms the pain of absence into a celebration of the lives and love that remain.

A Personal Story With a Universal Message

Although inspired by Ricardo Muñoz’s personal experience, “Cuando Se Haga De Noche” reaches beyond one family’s story to explore an emotion shared by anyone who has experienced the loss of someone important.

The song recognizes the emptiness created by losing a loved one while also celebrating the lasting impact that person can have through memories, lessons and the love they leave behind.

Its message is ultimately one of remembrance — acknowledging that someone may no longer be physically present, but their influence can continue to shape the lives of those they left behind.

The track also features immersive mastering in Dolby Atmos by Ryan Hewitt, adding another dimension to the song’s emotional presentation.

Intocable Debuts the Song at Mexico City’s Zócalo

The release of “Cuando Se Haga De Noche” follows another historic moment for Intocable.

Earlier this month, the group performed at Mexico City’s Zócalo as part of the country’s Independence Day celebrations, drawing an estimated 300,000 attendees to one of Mexico’s most iconic public spaces.

During the monumental performance, Intocable surprised the massive audience by performing “Cuando Se Haga De Noche” live for the first time, giving fans an early glimpse at the group’s upcoming musical chapter.

The Zócalo performance added another milestone to a year already filled with major accomplishments for the group.

A New Chapter in a Landmark Year

In July, Intocable was honored with its own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in the Recording category, recognizing the group’s contributions to music and more than three decades of career accomplishments.

The group has also earned a 2026 Latin GRAMMY nomination for “Estamos Todos,” adding another major achievement to its ongoing legacy.

Meanwhile, Intocable continues to perform for audiences throughout the United States and Mexico as part of its Cultura Tour 2026.

From sold-out venues and massive public celebrations to major industry honors, the group continues to demonstrate its ability to connect with multiple generations of fans while evolving musically.

The Next Era of Intocable

More than 30 years after its formation, Intocable continues to evolve without abandoning the storytelling, musicianship and emotional honesty that have become synonymous with the group.

“Cuando Se Haga De Noche” reflects that evolution by tackling one of the most universal experiences in life: losing someone you love and learning how to carry their memory forward.

As the first release from Intocable’s forthcoming album, the song provides an early glimpse into what the group has in store for its next chapter. Additional details about the upcoming project are expected to be announced soon.

With “Cuando Se Haga De Noche,” Intocable once again demonstrates the ability of music to give voice to emotions that can be difficult to put into words — transforming grief into remembrance and turning loss into a lasting celebration of love.

“Cuando Se Haga De Noche” is available now on all major digital streaming platforms.
