Just days after the star ceremony in Hollywood, the band was presented with six RIAA Diamante certifications by Michele Ballantyne, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), during the group’s Hollywood Walk of Fame after-party.

The recognition celebrates the extraordinary commercial success and enduring popularity of Intocable’s extensive catalog, further solidifying the band’s place among the most influential acts in Latin music history.

With the latest certifications, Intocable becomes one of the first Regional Mexican groups to earn six Diamante certifications, an accomplishment made even more significant because each was achieved through recordings released without featured artist collaborations.

For more than three decades, Intocable has helped redefine Regional Mexican music by seamlessly blending Norteño and Tejano traditions with contemporary songwriting and the band’s signature musicianship. Their music has become the soundtrack for generations of fans throughout the United States, Mexico, and Latin America, producing timeless hits that continue to resonate across audiences of all ages.

Beyond the commercial success, the milestone reflects the band’s lasting impact on the genre. While remaining true to its musical identity, Intocable has consistently evolved with the times, maintaining a deep connection with longtime fans while continuing to reach new generations of listeners.

“These certifications represent far more than sales and streams,” the band said in a statement. “They represent decades of loyalty from our fans, who have been with us through every chapter of this journey. We are deeply grateful to the RIAA for this incredible recognition and to every person who has made our music a part of their lives.”

The Diamante honors arrive during a landmark year for Intocable, which continues to sell out venues across North America while earning industry recognition for a career defined by authenticity, consistency, and musical excellence.

With a Hollywood Walk of Fame star now permanently honoring its contributions to entertainment and six RIAA Diamante certifications recognizing the enduring success of its music, Intocable continues to set the standard for Regional Mexican artists and remains one of the most celebrated and influential bands in Latin music.
