Savannah V is bringing confidence, rhythm, and a powerful message of self-love to the dance floor with her latest single, “Te Vuelves Loco.”
The new track captures the electrifying moment when a woman walks into a room knowing exactly who she is. With a playful spirit and irresistible cumbia groove, the song celebrates confidence and the timeless strength of women in Tejano culture.
“I want people to feel confident. When this song comes on, I want every woman to feel like she’s the most beautiful person in the room — put your hair down, put your heels on, and go dance,” Savannah V said about the release.
“Te Vuelves Loco” was co-written by Oscar Manuel Ponce and Jose Alberto Moreno Rivera with production by Severo “Sevy” Contreras at Slackmonster Studios, blending traditional Tejano influences with a modern energy designed to connect with both longtime fans and a new generation discovering the genre.
Savannah says the single reflects both her artistic evolution and the changing landscape of Tejano music.
“Growth. Every year I evolve as an artist. This song shows where I am right now — confident and fearless,” she explained.
During a recent interview on Tejano Nation Radio with host Romeo, Savannah shared that the heart of the song goes beyond the dance floor. She hopes listeners — especially women — feel empowered when they hear it.
“I want women to listen to the rhythm of the beat and feel confident in their own skin. It’s about being a confident woman, letting your hair loose, having fun, and dancing to the rhythm of the cumbia,” she said. “The song is about having a good time, loving yourself, and loving one another.”
Savannah also described the single as part of a broader cultural message — one rooted in unity and support among women and within the Latino community.
“It’s a new beginning for women just being more confident. As Latinas, we need to be more empathetic and supportive of one another instead of competing,” she added. “When you listen to our culture and our music, we’re still here creating new music for the new generation. The new era is about loving yourself, getting dressed up, and going out there and being yourself.”
Known for her captivating voice and vibrant performances, Savannah V has quickly established herself as one of Tejano music’s emerging female voices. She earned a Top 5 nomination for Female Vocalist of the Year at the 44th Annual Tejano Music Awards and previously took home Video of the Year for “Loca Peligrosa” at the 39th Tejano Music Awards.
With “Te Vuelves Loco,” Savannah V continues to honor the roots of Tejano music while injecting fresh energy into the genre — proving that confidence, culture, and cumbia remain a powerful combination on today’s dance floors.
