Destiny Navaira Unveils Cover Art, Track List, and Release Date for Highly Anticipated New Album ‘3’

Destiny Navaira is officially entering a bold new chapter. The Latin Grammy-nominated artist and two-time Tejano Music Awards Female Vocalist of the Year has revealed the cover art, full track list, and release date for her long-awaited new album, 3, set to arrive on February 10, 2026.

The 10-track project marks a defining moment in Navaira’s evolution as a solo artist, blending tradition with exploration and signaling her determination to carve out her own space in today’s music landscape. Fans already got an early taste of the album through the previously released hit singles “Salucita” and “Nada Que Ver,” both of which will be featured on 3.

Along with the album announcement, Destiny opened up about her artistic journey during a candid conversation on the Getting Real with Rueben podcast. While proudly honoring the legendary Navaira family legacy, she emphasized her commitment to forging an individual path in a competitive and often unforgiving industry.

“I do Mexican regional music,” Destiny explained. “I don’t like to say Tejano because I recently, I feel like these past couple albums been like kind of playing with different genres, so regional Mexican, I think is the best, uh, kind of, I guess, genre umbrella that I’m under.”

Rooted in San Antonio, Navaira describes herself as a singer-songwriter who embraces regional Mexican music while freely exploring multiple genres—an approach that is reflected throughout 3.

One of the most talked-about tracks on the album is “Mi X,” a collaboration with Tejano music legend David Lee Garza. For Destiny, the collaboration is both a personal and professional milestone.

“I’m honored to have David Lee Garza on the accordion,” she shared. “I’ve been wanting to work with him for a long time. We just didn’t have the same schedules and the right song and things like that. So when I heard this one, um, I knew that he could do something special.”

She added that the song carries deep meaning for her and her family, highlighted by subtle melodic elements woven into the track.

“Es una canción que todos pueden tener o tienen una memoria,” Destiny said. “De un amante o de un novio o de un novia, esposo o esposa que pues no no trataron bien a ellos… es una canción para todo el mundo.”
