LOS FRESNOS, TX — Get ready to be part of the excitement at The Forever Jimmy G Music Fest, a heartfelt celebration of music, community, and culture honoring the legacy of multiple Grammy Award-winning Tejano icon Jimmy Gonzalez. The event takes place Saturday, September 6, 2025, at the Los Fresnos Rodeo Grounds in Los Fresnos, Texas.
This can’t-miss festival will feature an incredible lineup of performers, including Mike Gonzalez and The Iconiczz with a special Jimmy Gonzalez tribute, The Delta Boyz, Rustic Rose, La Lexxion, Horizonte Norteño, Alicat Crash, and a special guest performance by Margarita. Beloved entertainer Rock-N-Roll James will serve as Master of Ceremonies.
Beyond the music, attendees can enjoy delicious food and drinks, browse local vendor booths, and take in the family-friendly atmosphere. Doors open at 3 p.m.
Tickets are just $10 presale or $15 at the door. Children 12 and under are free. VIP tickets are available for $50 and include shaded seating under an exclusive VIP tent, private bar access, easy access restrooms, three free drink tickets, front-of-stage access, and private roped-off seating areas. Tickets can be purchased online at Zeffy.com or at participating Boot Jack locations throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
The event also supports the Forever Jimmy G Maz Muzica Foundation, which is dedicated to promoting live music, fostering rising talent, and honoring Jimmy’s unforgettable journey. You can even purchase tickets to donate to aspiring musicians in middle and high schools, performing arts programs, and universities.
