
HOUSTON, TX — Bobby Pulido made a memorable appearance during the Houston Texans’ playoff game, performing at the halftime show in front of thousands of fans at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. The beloved Tejano star, known for his chart-topping hits and iconic voice, took the stage to represent his South Texas roots, giving fans a taste of his 30-year career in music. Pulido performed his classic songs with his band and the Texans Mariachi, showcasing his influence in the Tejano music scene while also celebrating the rich Tejano culture that he proudly represents.
In a video shared to his social media, Pulido expressed his excitement and gratitude for the opportunity to perform on such a significant stage. “For me it’s a big deal because I’m a Texans fan and being here on the field that they’re going to be playing, it’s awesome. I feel a lot of pride of my culture and thank you to the Houston Texans for inviting our culture for everybody. That’s awesome,” Pulido shared, emphasizing the importance of cultural representation and the pride he feels as a member of the Tejano community.
The Latin Grammy winner performed several of his beloved hits, delighting fans and showcasing why he’s been a staple in the Tejano music world for over three decades.
Pulido recently announced a farewell tour for 2025, marking the end of an era in his music career as he celebrates 30 years in the industry. However, his future in public service is also on the horizon, as he plans to run for public office in 2026.
