The streets of Corpus Christi were lined by the thousands as fans eagerly awaited a chance to experience a show by headliner La Machy at Corpus Christi Dia de Los Muertos Festival.
The breathtaking artist treated her audience to her new hit songs “Soltera,” “Tu Novia,” and “Aqui Todo Bien.” She then took them on a nostalgic journey with hit songs from her band La Conquista, where her faithful followers sang along and danced the night away.
A highlight of the evening was the performance of her current hit “CHATUM,” which brought special guest and SlackMonster artist Savannah V to the stage. Together, they performed the number one hit song of the summer, “CHATUM,” with the crowd enthusiastically shouting each “CHATUM” along with them.
Wrapping up her performance, La Machy delivered a beautiful and fitting tribute to Selena, keeping the audience on their feet. The crowd, adoring the Urban Cumbia Queen, chanted “Otra! Otra! Otra!” prompting her return to the stage for an encore of her hit song “Tu Novia.”
The streets of Corpus Christi’s Día de los Muertos celebration were alive with music, dance, love, and laughter, honoring those who have passed before us just as it was intended to be.
