Tejano music sensation Stevie D has dropped a teaser for his upcoming single, “Adónde Me Llevas”. This long-awaited track is already creating a buzz among Tejano music enthusiasts and promises to be another hit from the four-time Tejano Music Awards winner.
“Adónde Me Llevas” was written and co-arranged by Stevie D himself, showcasing his talent not only as a performer but also as a songwriter. The track was produced by the noted producer and keyboardist, Mario Ortiz, with engineering by Ortiz and Mariano Herrera. The final recording and mixing were done at the famed Legends Sound Studios in Corpus Christi, Texas.
The executive producers for the song were The Martinez Brothers (Freddie Martinez, Jr., John Martinez, and Marc Martinez), further adding to the star-studded team behind this track with Freddie Records.
Musically, “Adónde Me Llevas” is an upbeat Tejano ranchera featuring a powerful arrangement, a soaring melodic chorus, and a dynamic vocal performance from Stevie D. The track recalls the sound and feel of Stevie D’s smash hit, “Irremediable”, from his previous 2020 album, Estamos Unidos.
“Adónde Me Llevas” is set to be another favorite with Stevie D’s ever-growing fan base. The track is already making waves on Tejano radio and will be available to stream and download on all digital music platforms beginning Friday, May 3, 2024.
In addition to the single, an official music video is currently in production. A world premiere date will be announced soon, adding to the anticipation for this release.
