Fans of Tejano music are in for a treat as two of the genre’s most popular singers, Lucky Joe and Jesse Turner, have collaborated on a new music video for their hit song “Pa’Que No Te Cuenten.” The song is the title track from Lucky Joe’s latest album, which was released in August 2023 by Freddie Records.
The music video will have its world premiere on the Freddie Records YouTube channel on Friday, October 27, 2023, at 6:30 pm CT. A teaser for the video was posted on social media on Tuesday (Oct. 24).
“Pa’Que No Te Cuenten” is a catchy and upbeat song was co-written by Lucky Joe and Jesse Turner, who also produced the track. The two singers have been friends for a long time and have collaborated on several projects in the past.
Lucky Joe is a two-time Latin Grammy nominee who has been making waves in the industry since his debut solo album in 2013. He is known for his versatile voice and his fusion of Tejano and Norteño music. His latest album, “Pa’Que No Te Cuenten”, features 12 songs that showcase his talent and style.
Jesse Turner is the lead vocalist and accordionist of Grupo Siggno, one of the most successful Tejano bands of the 21st century. He is also a prolific songwriter and producer who has worked with many artists in the genre. He has won several awards, including Male Vocalist of the Year at the 43rd Tejano Music Awards this month.
