Monterrey, Nuevo León — Emily, the legendary star of the 90s and early 2000s has returned with a revitalized version of her hit “La Batalla”, a song that captivated music fans in the summer of 1999 and made her one of the most important artists of Regional Mexican music in Mexico and the U.S.
The singer released this single as part of her fourth studio album, “Muy Especial”, a project that took her on tour all over Mexico and the U.S. Now, more than two decades later and with the resurgence of 90s fashion, Emily received an invitation from the members of La Raza Mty to record a special collaboration, since they had already done the same with Dinora in the past, but now their goal was to join forces with the well-known Monterrey singer.
“I was very pleased to be able to do this collaboration with them because they are very talented and for me, it was very pleasant to be able to do everything we did this week,” commented Emily about the collaboration.
The talent of La Raza Mty and the amazing voice of Emily is enough to guarantee that this new version of the song, written by Juan Carlos Alvarado, will be a success for a second time. The song is available on all digital platforms and has received positive feedback from fans and critics alike. Don’t miss this opportunity to relive one of the classics of grupera music with a fresh and modern touch.
