Tejano music fans were in for a treat when two of their favorite singers, Lucky Joe and Devin Banda, revealed that they had gotten married in Las Vegas on Tuesday (Sept. 5). The couple shared photos of their special day on their respective social media accounts, one of them showing the newlyweds in front of the iconic “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign.
Lucky Joe, who is known for his hits such as “Amor Escondido” and “De Qué Me Sirves Ya”, wrote in his caption: “Amigos Estamos tan contentos (Friends we are so happy)! WE DID IT! ITS OFFICIAL! WE GOT MARRIED!”
Devin Banda, who rose to fame as a contestant on the talent competition “Tejano Idol” and has since released songs such as “La Tejana Enamorada” and “Yo Te Dije”, expressed her joy in her caption: “Married my best friend today.”

The pair began publicly sharing their relationship in October 2022. Lucky Joe revealed his hit song, “Mi Güerita,” is based on his relationship with Banda. The couple co-wrote Banda’s latest hit single “Maldito,” her first new single after almost four years away from the music scene for the two-time Tejano Music Awards nominee.
According to sources close to the couple, they decided to wed in Las Vegas exchanging vows at a chapel, and celebrated with a few close friends who accompanied them on the trip.
We wish Lucky Joe and Devin Banda all the best in their married life and hope to hear more of their musical collaborations soon.
