
SAN ANTONIO, TX — Roger Velasquez, a Latin Grammy award-winning artist and producer, is breaking new ground with his latest album ¡Buena Vibra! This album showcases his contemporary tropical style, blending Latin rhythms with poetic lyrics in Spanish. The eleven songs explore universal themes of faith, hope, and love, offering insights into the human condition.
Roger Velasquez and the Latin Legendz ¡Buena Vibra! is competing for a Latin Grammy nomination. Velasquez says, “We are very proud of this record and we hope it resonates with the voting members of the Latin Recording Academy. A positive feedback could take us to Spain for this year’s ceremonies!”
The 24th annual Latin Grammy Awards will take place in Seville, Spain in November 2023.
¡Buena Vibra! features the talents of Jeff Nathanson (Una Noche Jazz), Georgie Padilla (Pajarito Colorado), Sparky Thomason (Prisionero de Tu Amor), Jim Waller (Bailarina), Anselmo Leal (Algo No Esta Bien) and Christopher Villanueva on the piano montuno. The guitar work displays Velasquez’s creativity and versatility as a singer.
¡Buena Vibra! is Velasquez’s eighth studio album on the VDiscos independent record label and was recorded and engineered by five-time Grammy award-winning producer Joe Trevino at Blue Cat Recording studio. ¡Buena Vibra! is available on all digital music platforms and can be listened to at http://www.RogerVelasquez.com.
